Setting
Detailed information is here. To tldr, urban fantasy setting. He lives in a big city with another witch. Their apartment is directly above the coffee shop they own and operate. Magic is pretty much outlawed and supernaturals exist but humans (who have control of the government and legislation) have made it difficult for them to exist unless in hiding. Human-passing individuals have an easier time than those who aren't, and so they pretend to be human business owners to avoid trouble. After hours they use magic in secret for additional income.

Background/History
He was born in Japan, and had an accident involving his magic at a young age. Since then there are parts of his abilities he doesn't bother to explore further. Ciro has a strong preference for plant/earth magic. He's also an empath. Although he can sense people's feelings/emotions he cannot manipulate them. The only magic he has any interest in studying is herbalism, healing, and glamouring spells.

CR Wishes
Anyone. Ciro is pretty much a mom friend for the people he cares about. Because of his empathy he is susceptible to taking on the feelings of those around him, CR with anyone who might want to play with that could be fun! He glamours himself with different hairstyles constantly and doesn't usually stick to just one look.

I have to admit, it would be interesting to see Ciro here. Jingyi doesn't meet too many people interested in herbology, nevertheless ever met a witch before

-- No, but lol, I'm thinking of retooling her character so she's not actually old yet, but still pretty desperate not to age and pretending to be ancient to gain peoples' sympathy (until the jig is inevitably up, of course). I wonder how her desires to that effect, and genuine fear of becoming ugly/incapable of moving/getting sick, etc., might affect Ciro given that he's an empath, but also pretty removed from that set of concerns.

hi hi things got really away from me when we last spoke about stuff, and Ben has been in cryogenic sleep since so many apologies for going radio silent! i'm literally so close to securing some consistent down time in my life that it's comical, so here i am glancing this game over and see you here too!

i'm hemming and hawing over who of mine i might like here but Ben is on the list of consideration. i'd so love to get him to meet Ciro officially! (also still fond of the ideas we discussed for psl things; if you're still interested and once i'm fully back in the game beginning this or next week, i sure as hell would love to resume what i regrettably put on ice!)

hey, no worries about all that. i recently started a new job and it's been a roller coaster trying to get a handle on work/life balance to have time to write, so i FULLY UNDERSTAND.

i'm definitely still interested in seeing how these two would get on, but if you decide on another OC for this, i'm open to that too. i'll be here when your schedule becomes less hectic for psl or plotting--definitely still game for that!

I think we talked about Ciro and Loren before? And it was fun. I would be open to more of that if you are. Loren can provide any of the following: complementary little brother services; willing mischief accomplice; target of roasting at any time; style advice; or other CR of your choice. A true cornucopia of options if you are cool with it.
