Setting Detailed information is here. To tldr, urban fantasy setting. He lives in a big city with another witch. Their apartment is directly above the coffee shop they own and operate. Magic is pretty much outlawed and supernaturals exist but humans (who have control of the government and legislation) have made it difficult for them to exist unless in hiding. Human-passing individuals have an easier time than those who aren't, and so they pretend to be human business owners to avoid trouble. After hours they use magic in secret for additional income.
Background/History He was born in Japan, and had an accident involving his magic at a young age. Since then there are parts of his abilities he doesn't bother to explore further. Ciro has a strong preference for plant/earth magic. He's also an empath. Although he can sense people's feelings/emotions he cannot manipulate them. The only magic he has any interest in studying is herbalism, healing, and glamouring spells.
CR Wishes Anyone. Ciro is pretty much a mom friend for the people he cares about. Because of his empathy he is susceptible to taking on the feelings of those around him, CR with anyone who might want to play with that could be fun! He glamours himself with different hairstyles constantly and doesn't usually stick to just one look.
