IN ALL FAIRNESS, she can use some magic as a Tiefling bard!! It's too bad she's not an Actual Intellectual and won't care about any potential differences in their respective relationships to magic... though if their backgrounds ever come up and she permits herself A Vulnerability, she's also from a discriminated peoples, so they might be able to bond over that a bit. I'm also thinking of having her just pretend to be old instead of actually being ancient while she tries to find an eternal youth solution, but we'll see...
