Setting Takes place in modern day Japan in the fictional city of Nakawacho. Having magic is illegal and those seen using it are to be immediately arrested. People who use magic are called Mancers and can control some kind of element. Due to the illegality of it, the yakuza have been growing in power with Mancers joining their forces.
Background/History History TL;DR: Hinata is a luxmancer who doesn't know his parents and starts his life out in an underground fighting ring. He eventually escaped and found himself sworn into the Ueno Clan for life. After a few years go by, he is offered a promotion as long as he fulfills a certain mission involving some girl. But he ends up not going through with it because he doesn't want her killed and goes on the run instead to save her.
CR Wishes People who get him to actually emote! This man is a brick wall sometimes and rarely smiles so he needs to loosen up. Other than that, he can be the wise old man that can offer some advice once in a while. Give him some youngins that he can big brother, he'd love it. As long as they're fine with fighting.
